1. About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our role
Korea Auto Export is an import broker. We source Korean used vehicles, arrange inspection, payment, shipping, and customs clearance on your behalf. We are not the manufacturer or original seller of the vehicle.
3. Vehicle listings
Listings reflect the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection in Korea. Prices shown are in USD (FOB Busan) unless otherwise stated. The DZD conversion is indicative — the FX rate at payment may differ. All-in estimates include customs and service fees but final customs duties are calculated by Algerian authorities and may vary.
4. Inspection reports
Inspection scores are produced by our in-person team and represent their professional opinion. They do not constitute a mechanical warranty. We commit to disclosing any defect we are aware of.
5. Reservations
A reservation holds a specific vehicle pending the customer's commitment. A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation. Deposits are refundable as defined in your reservation agreement.
6. Payment
We accept bank transfer with an official receipt. We do not accept cash. The final purchase agreement will be signed separately and supersedes any preliminary quote.
7. Shipping and customs
Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 weeks from confirmation. We are not liable for force-majeure events that delay shipping (port closures, weather, geopolitical events). Customs assistance is provided in good faith but final clearance decisions belong to the Algerian customs authority.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Algerian law, our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid to Korea Auto Export. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Algiers.
